REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy
    1.    No refund once a session has started.
    2.    If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to session, rescheduling is allowed once.
    3.    No refund for no-show clients.
    4.    If technical issues occur from our side, session will be rescheduled.
    5.    Digital products (reports, recordings, downloadable content) are non-refundable.

SUBSCRIPTION & DIGITAL CONTENT POLICY 
    1.    Subscription content is for personal use only.
    2.    Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
    3.    Access will be revoked for misuse.

ONLINE SESSION POLICY
    1.    Ensure stable internet before session.
    2.    Join session on time.
    3.    Recording is not allowed without written consent.
    4.    Respectful communication is mandatory.
 

PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Payment & Dispute Policy
    1.    All payments must be made in advance.
    2.    Sessions will not be confirmed without payment.
    3.    In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:
    •    We reserve the right to suspend future services.
    •    Evidence of service delivery may be provided to payment processors.
    4.    Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
 

GST & INVOICING COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Tax & Compliance

Ways of Tarot operates under House of Ekatva as a registered entity.
    •    GST invoices will be issued where applicable.
    •    Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
    •    Taxes applicable under Indian law will be charged accordingly.
